Melbury vale Training (MVT) was set up in 2013 to use sail training as a practicle vehicle to develop team building and leadership potential. I have been taking people for sail training since 1987, running team building and Leadership events for the last 10 years. Having also been part of a corporate change management team for the 3 years, I am perfectly placed to deliver practical team building and leadership programmes, as part of a companies development training portfolio .
MVT allows personnel in the workplace a demanding, safe place to evolve their skills.
We aim at MVT to take a crew of strangers and bring them back confident crewmates, with a strong ethos towards networking and collaborating.
